Why I Do This Work

Fifteen years ago, I was a successful corporate executive—by every external measure. Corner office, impressive title, team of 200. But inside, I felt like an imposter, disconnected from my true purpose, and slowly burning out.

Coaching is future-focused, helping you achieve specific goals. While therapy addresses past experiences and mental health, coaching assumes you're fundamentally whole and capable. We work on unlocking your potential, not diagnosing conditions.
Sessions typically run 60-90 minutes, every two weeks. Between sessions, you'll have reflection exercises (usually 30-60 minutes per week). The real work happens in your daily life as you apply what we discuss.
That's what the discovery call is for! We'll spend 30 minutes exploring your goals and challenges. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether my approach resonates with you.
